Your doctor isn't in your pocket. And your health is scattered everywhere. Lab results in your camera roll, meds across a few apps, symptoms in your notes, the rest on paper.

So when a question hits at 2am, you ask Google or ChatGPT. But they know nothing about you, so the answer comes back generic, off-topic, or honestly scary. I did this constantly, re-explaining my whole history every time just to get something close to what my doctor would actually say.
